Today had me quite emotional, again. These evil senators and their fucking tax bill make me cry. I was talking to my mom about the complete lack of humanity I feel surrounds us. She sadly reminded me that there has always been a lack of humanity. As a Jewish woman, it is not hard to understand a lack of humanity. And still, we never learn. Ethnic cleansing is happening at this moment, right now. I don't understand how humans can be so brilliant and also so ugly.
