If you do not already know Jodi, and you have food allergies, or a special diet, I think it would be a wonderful idea to contact her. She is a wealth of knowledge. Learning how to deal with food allergies can be completely overwhelming, scary and stressful. Jodi has a lovely, easygoing, no-nonsense way of dealing with anything that comes her way, so she makes life so much easier for her clients.
