John Nunan was a Program Director when I was a counselor at camp in 1994 and 1996. The other day I walked out of the office at camp and there he was! It has been 21 years, so good to be reunited with this dear, sweet man! And his sweet baby, Aiden! Gorgeous baby with dazzling eyes! So great to be with old camp friends.
Also, tomorrow is my much needed day off! Aaron and I went on a date to Long Grain tonight. I am so full, I am in pain. It was delicious. I had sake and that helped my anxiety melt away and I had a sassy good time with my hubby. We had the creme brûlée for dessert (no dairy!!). It was divine. Aaron says the real deal creme brûlée is better, good thing I don't remember what real dairy dishes taste like, because this dessert was extraordinary! I will be dreaming about it when I'm back home in Portland, a million miles away. Yummmm.
I am homesick, feeling really ready to be back home. I miss my friends, my town, my tomatoes, my Moko, my Sunny, my bed, my bathroom, my shower, my kitchen, my vibrator, my sewing machine, my family, my torpor time.
Sweet dreams, loved ones. Love, Eden
