We just had dinner with Bruce, Carla and the kiddos. All 8 of us. When we met, we were only 4. It's so funny that we are out and they are going in.

We had a lazy, glamping day today. Our cabin is cozy, with all of the luxuries of modern society. I can't sit still. I intend to relax and lay around, but it seems so wrong to lay around in the cabin when there is so much beauty to explore. Dammit. I want to be able to chill. I took the boys to Knights Pond today - my first time, I finally got to go! The boys swam, Honey Bird was in hog heaven. There were kids there that threw a stick for her the entire time. It got way too hot, not enough shade, I melted down and we hit the road. After lunch, I finally let myself be lazy. Lavi and I watched Moana, (Mayim refused to watch it. They had seen it already, I had not). I stayed awake for most of it, but I did fall asleep for a chunk in the middle. Then Lavi and I watched Turner and Hooch, an old favorite. Both of us cried when Hooch got (spoiler alert) shot and killed. Agony! But, the ending is happy, with the baby Hooch. Then, of course, we met the Orr's for dinner. It was a wonderful time and I really hope we can be together at camp someday!
