Our yard is a highway for bees. There are so many different kinds of bees: big, fluffy ones, slender, mean-looking ones, medium, friendly-looking ones. I love those big, fat ones that have giant thighs of orange pollen. I plan on working in the garden again tomorrow. Today it hit 92 degrees. The lettuce grew exponentially. So many salads to eat.
Three of our chrysalides hatched and we let the butterflies fly free in the backyard. Two more chrysalides to go. Hope they hatch.
I just don’t want to talk about much today. Sometimes it feels good to stay in the bubble. I hope you have a bubble.
The boys are almost finished with school. Summer! Summer? I hope it’s not awful. I am planning on being a camp counselor and creating fun activities for us. Marisa is going to teach cooking classes. I will teach art classes. We will bike, swim, walk. Maybe someday we will get into the woods.
I hope you are doing well. I hope you have a bubble and a good mantra. Use that mantra, it is powerful medicine.
Sending you love and light.
