Zoe wanted to participate in the protests, so we gathered our neighbors and protested. It was tiny, but it was meaningful. We went around the block chanting. It was wonderful to be with people again after so long. We have wonderful neighbors.

It’s 11:16 pm and I am in bed. I drank a bit tonight and it felt amazing to let go a little bit. Laughed insanely with Meghan, which also felt amazing. Laughing is so noticeable now. Every time I do it, I realize it’s been a long time since the last time I’ve laughed.
